Meanwhile, back on the farm, I've snapped photos of our latest project and a few of our time away in the first big craft venture with the family (those photos don't look too great, so they will need much magic work from the Photofiltre program) ...
...but here's a glimpse at one of the latest things added to our shop --
--and the latest thing added to our menagerie.
Meet "George" aka "Curious", whom we found alongside the highway at an intersection. A sad, panting little kitty who let out a pathetic mew when we stepped out of the car, "George" spent the day on a long car journey in a cardboard box kindly donated by the sympathetic workers of Wal-mart (many of whom also confessed to rescuing animals by the roadside).
George is a "she", by the way, so I'm thinking about creative spelling and feminine version of the name. Georgiana? Georgia? Jorja, maybe? Oh, well ....
There's more on the Adventures of George forthcoming, along with the adventures of Cordwood Cabin at home and beyond, complete with pictures and lots of witty commentary. Reggie-the-Crow also has forthcoming adventures in his "Pagerunner" escapade, which he has cruelly chosen to postpone this week...
... but he was kind enough to post a cute little video for readers who drop by expecting to see what happens next in Fairy Tale Land. Click here to visit Reggie's blog (and berate him for his lateness if you dare).
